• We not employ minors and do not practice any form of racial, ethnic or sexual discrimination;
• We pay higher wages and provide more extensive benefits than those established as national minima and, specifically, adjust work schedules to allow employees to participate in trade union activities;
• We establish risk prevention and vocational training plans intended to reduce incidents and increase team skills.
• We provide all employees at least one medical visit annually via a vigilant workplace health department.
