A respectful work environment
In keeping with its principles, the Compagnie Fruitière implements practices that extend beyond existing national and international worker protection laws.
- We not employ minors and do not practice any form of racial, ethnic or sexual discrimination;
- We pay higher wages and provide more extensive benefits than those established as national minima and, specifically, adjust work schedules to allow employees to participate in trade union activities;
- We establish risk prevention and vocational training plans intended to reduce incidents and increase team skills.
- We provide all employees at least one medical visit annually via a vigilant workplace health department.
