With a view to maintaining biodiversity, the Compagnie Fruitière has set up integrated management plans for fauna and flora on all its plantations. More than 900,000 trees have been planted as part of reforestation programs and around plantations.

Water is also managed carefully, using drip irrigation systems and wastewater collection and treatment. The waterways and lakes that receive this water (and the water used for irrigation) are analyzed regularly.

Agricultural chemicals and fertilizer storage locations are all built in accordance with Global Crop Protection Federation directives.
