The Compagnie Fruitière has built housing for employees and their families in remote areas. In these villages, and for the surrounding populations, the company organizes access to both electricity and drinking water via distribution systems using tanker trucks and reservoirs and by drilling.

The Group also participates in strengthening the educational system by helping to fund public schools and by building schools. In Banacomoe, Côte d’Ivoire, children attend school from nursery school through the end of primary school. In Cameroon, the Tisserins school complex provides education up to the age of 18. In some areas, the Compagnie Fruitière underscores its commitment by maintaining roads and collecting household wastes.
