We provide every worker with individual protective gear, whether he or she is exposed to noise or agricultural chemicals. The individual concerned is tested annually to prevent loss of hearing or direct or indirect poisoning. Employees are trained in applying chemical products and in the dangers associated with their use.

More generally, neighbouring communities are informed of the risks associated with these products and trained in appropriate behaviour.

Buffer areas planted with trees have also been created to protect waterways and populated areas from any drift related to airborne treatment.
