With this information, the corresponding plot can be located and all technical procedures can be identified. A bar code provides for palette tracking as produce travels to the end customer.

An in-house software package was developed to support this system. It relies on the daily involvement of IT teams in each country and at headquarters, training for handlers and office staff and the renewal of agreements with port service providers.
